Everyone thinks you've got it together.

So why doesn't it feel that way?

You've built a successful career.

People trust you.

They come to you for answers.

You've achieved things that an earlier version of you would probably be incredibly proud of.

And yet...

You can still walk out of a meeting and replay something you said for the next three hours.

One unexpected email can send your brain racing towards every possible worst-case scenario.

You make a perfectly reasonable decision... then wonder whether you've got it wrong.

You say yes when you really want to say no—and end up exhausted or quietly resentful afterwards.

And despite everything you've already achieved, there's still a part of you wondering whether you're actually as capable as everyone else seems to think you are.

Perhaps you've tried to change some of this before.

You've read the books.

Listened to the podcasts.

Maybe you've even had counselling or coaching.

You know you overthink.

You know you need better boundaries.

You know you should trust yourself more.

Knowing isn't really the problem.

Actually changing it is.

A free Masterclass for successful women who are ready to stop fighting with their own heads and start trusting themselves.

Monday 14th September | 7pm GMT

In this Masterclass, we're going to explore what's really sitting underneath the overthinking, self-doubt and constant need to get things right and what can begin to change when you understand your own patterns rather than simply trying harder to overcome them.

This is for you if you recognise yourself in any of this:

  • You overthink decisions and conversations long after everyone else has moved on.

  • Your brain can turn a small uncertainty into the worst possible outcome.

  • You're far less confident on the inside than people assume you are.

  • You struggle to say no or set boundaries without guilt.

  • You look to other people for reassurance when you don't quite trust your own judgement.

  • You know you're capable, but fear of getting it wrong still holds you back.

  • You've become so busy meeting expectations that you're no longer entirely sure what you want.

You don't need another person telling you to "just be more confident."

And I'm certainly not going to teach you how to become somebody else.

Quite the opposite.

I want to help you quieten some of the noise that's been drowning you out.

Because imagine being able to make a decision without immediately second-guessing it.

To say no and let the no stand.

To receive positive feedback and actually believe it.

To notice your mind heading towards catastrophe without automatically following it there.

To know what you want next and trust yourself enough to move towards it.

Not a different you.

Not a more impressive you.

You. With less noise.

Welcome, I'm Sarah Wilson

Growing up, my childhood and teen years laid the foundations for a belief that I wasn’t good enough. I carried that into adulthood, despite years in senior corporate roles across retail, housing, and social care.

Relationships were either physically or emotionally abusive and I didn’t believe I truly deserved more. The inner critic kept dragging me down.

Leaving my emotionally abusive marriage was the turning point. It sparked a journey of healing and personal development that changed everything.

Now, I’m a fully qualified and accredited coach, NLP and Timeline Therapy Practitioner, and have won 2 awards for my service and ranked UK Top 5 Transformational Coach.

Outside of coaching, you’ll find me singing in Rock Choir, escaping on city breaks, walking the dogs in nature, or nurturing my spiritual side (I’ve recently fallen in love with sound bathing!).
